Holiday Park operation & Booking team member
We are a holiday park of 25 chalets and 40 pitches in Finchampstead, Berkshire and are looking for someone to join our small team to manage the reservations & day to day operations .
Responsibilities:
- Deal with all bookings for the park
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Liaise with maintenance and housekeepers to ensure chalets are ready for guests
- arrange for all repairs to be resolved on site
Criteria:
- Strong reservations skills
- Excellent customer service
- Good telephone manner
- Team player
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Enthusiastic and a 'can do' attitude to the role
Core hours & Salary
30k to 40 k pending experience
Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm
PLUS alternate Saturdays
Out of hours will be required to meet the needs of the park
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
