We are an Engineering Company that have been established for over 35 years and we require an HGV Mechanic to be responsible for carrying out inspections, routine servicing and MOT for our own arctic unit, arctic trailers and HGV vehicles that we sale.
The role can involve general mechanical repairs, servicing as well as investigation and diagnostics. We are looking for a person who can work both on his own or as part of a team, be flexible and be able to work to tight deadlines.
In addition to the HGV repairs you may be required to carry out servicing and repairs to our fleet of work vans.
You must have previous experience as an HGV mechanic and can adopt a hands-on approach to all aspects of the role, have a full driving license and it would be advantageous to have your class 2.
Usual Hours are Monday to Friday 40 hours with overtime available both on weekdays and Saturdays.
