We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Health Care Support Worker to join the team on St Non Ward (Acute Older Adult Mental Health inpatient ward) at the Bro Cerwyn Centre, Haverfordwest. The Ward is an admission ward where we assess and care for older people with complex mental health and physical health concerns. The ward is a Functional/Organic (dementia) mixed ward with both male and female admissions.
The post is 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis which includes days and night, the shift patterns are; 07.00-15.00, 13.30-21.30, 21.00-07.10.
This is a full-time post however part time hours maybe considered.

Successful applicants will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team but must be able to work flexibly to suit the needs of the service and within a shift system providing 24 hour a day cover, 365 days a year which includes nights.
