We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Health Care Support Worker to join our team within Ward 63 OMFS. You will work 12-hour shifts including day and night shift to cover the 24/7 service. It is essential that you have previous experience of working in a surgical ward.
You must be able to demonstrate a commitment to patient-centred care, continuing professional development, an understanding of our service, and the specific needs of our patients (or a commitment to learn and develop these skills).You will demonstrate flexibility, and a willingness to participate in service progression and growth. The ability to work effectively in a team is essential.
