About the Role
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Support Assistants to join our growing team. This is a rewarding role that involves supporting individuals with daily living activities, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and a high quality of life.
You will play a key role in delivering person-centred care to people in their own homes or in community settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care
- Supporting with meal preparation and feeding
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with mobility and physical activities
- Light housekeeping duties
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in health or behaviour
- Supporting individuals with appointments, errands, or community activities
Requirements
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Right to work in the UK
Preferred (but not essential):
- Previous experience in care or support work
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ in Health and Social Care)
