Job Summary:
We are looking to recruit an experienced manager to become Head of our Swim Department. This would involve managing the Swim Teacher and Lifeguard teams and covering COMS shifts (Service Manager). We offer a range of Swimming lessons to both adults and children. The successful candidate will need to be proactive, personable, enthusiastic about swimming.

The role requirements:
· Level 2 SEQ or ASA or STA Swim Teachers Qualification
· Emergency Pool Responder or NRASTC or lifeguard qualification
· First aid qualification
· Proficient in using a computer, with the confidence to learn new systems and databases quickly.
· The role is subject to a DBS certificate
· Responsible for maintaining high standards of swim teaching to our members that are exciting, engaging and great experience for our members
· Provide safe and enjoyable environment for all our members
· Be a great communicator able to have successful communication with both members and employees. To be able to dela with complaints effectively and efficiently in a professional manner.
· Line manages the team of Lifeguards and Swim Teachers, including recruitment, supervisions, development, rotas and payroll.
· Drive the Swim department to meet targets and budgets, as well as delivering departmental and financial KPIs.
· Excellent communication skills and work closely with members, promote swimming lesson, referring to management when required.
· To maintain the club’s excellent customer services
