Are you a strategic powerhouse with a passion for building high-value client relationships and leading high-performing teams? We’re looking for a Head of Strategic Partners to take the reins of our most critical client partnerships, driving growth, innovation, and long-term value.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team of 5 Strategic Partners to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Own the strategic development of key accounts across both competitive tenders and pre-emptive contract extensions.
- Shape and execute account strategies that align with client goals and business growth targets.
- Build multi-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor to our most valued clients.
- Collaborate with sector specialist including finance, culinary, nutrition and Creative Labs – our in house Bid Team
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience managing strategic accounts ideally in an Education or regulated sector for a minimum of 3 years
- A track record of winning and retaining high-value contracts through both tender and non-tender routes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Commercial acumen, negotiation finesse, and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills internally and externally.
