- Lead the development and execution of the global reward strategy, including compensation frameworks, incentive design, and compensation review cycles.
- Oversee global benefits provision, ensuring competitive, compliant, and locally tailored offerings across multiple countries.
- Own Remuneration Committee (RemCo) preparation and governance, including executive reward proposals.
- Manage third-party payroll across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery.
- Lead implementation of compensation planning module in HR platform (Dayforce), and migration of annual compensation review process from current compensation planning tool (Payscale) onto Dayforce.
- Lead and manage approach to market compensation benchmarking, internal pay scales etc.
- Accountability for ongoing regulatory requirements for managing compensation for employees in Sweden, in collaboration with the Compliance team.
- Coach and develop a small team of reward professionals while partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.
