Head of Marketing – Automotive Group

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead strategy and execution for a multi-site automotive group based in Southampton.
This senior role is responsible for managing all marketing activity across our network of dealerships. You will lead a small team, work closely with senior management and help drive customer growth, brand visibility and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels
- Manage campaigns, budgets and performance reporting
- Oversee brand, digital, content and customer engagement initiatives
- Align marketing activity with wider business and sales objectives
Requirements
- Proven senior marketing experience within a multi-site or retail environment
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM and campaign management
- Confident leadership and project management skills
- Experience in the motor industry is desirable but not essential
