Our Head of In-room Dining leads the team responsible for serving food and drink from five of our restaurants to any of our 250 guest bedrooms 24 hours a day,7 days a week.

Where will you be working?
Situated in the heart of the City,in the former Midland Bank headquarters,The Ned houses Ned’s Club,a private members’ space,gym and rooftop,alongside a public spa,ten restaurants and bars,and 250 hotel bedrooms.
What will you be doing?
- Find,hire,lead and develop our in-room dining team of 10 to provide an exceptional experience to all our hotel guests
- Managing the day-to-day operation ensuring amazing experiences for our guests
- Partner with the Executive Chefs to select the best dishes from the Ned’s menus along with some exclusive in-room dining dishes to create the best guest offering
- Lead all commercial aspects of the department including P&L,budgeting,rota,payroll and stocktakes
