About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Preschool Room Practitioner to join our full-time team. This is a vital role within our setting, where you’ll lead engaging learning experiences, support school readiness, and nurture independence in each child.
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience working with children aged 3–5 (essential)
✔ A recognised childcare qualification (minimum Level 3)
✔ Strong understanding of the EYFS and early education goals for preschoolers
✔ Creativity, confidence, and a child-centred approach to learning
Interview Process Includes:
- A formal interview with structured questions
- A practical observation working alongside our team
- A walk-around tour, during which you’ll be asked to:
▪ Share your thoughts on the current preschool room environment
▪ Present your approach to promoting independence, learning through play, and preparing children for school
