Our Group Reward team is seeking a Head of Corporate Reward to join our team in London. In this position you will lead the design and delivery of fair, inclusive, and forward-thinking reward strategies across our global business. Your work will ensure that our executive and group-wide reward programs are not only competitive and compliant but also aligned with our values—supporting our commitment to attracting, motivating, and retaining a diverse and high-performing team.

What you’ll do

  • Leading the design and governance of executive reward, including incentive plans, remuneration policy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Providing strategic and technical support to the Remuneration Committee, including preparing reports, insights, and policy recommendations.
  • Acting as the Reward Partner for global group roles, supporting competitive offers, salary reviews, benefits, and incentives.
  • Spearheading major global reward projects, including M&A activity, with a focus on innovation and impact.
  • Driving alignment between reward strategy, business goals, and performance metrics at all levels.
  • Managing external advisors and ensuring reward practices are market-aligned, fair, and legally compliant.
  • Enhancing reward processes and systems through digitalisation and continuous improvement.
  • Building global capability by developing reward communications, training, and best-practice sharing across HR and leadership communities.

About you

To be successful in this role you’ll be

  • Confident working under pressure, delivering high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Adept at prioritising your workload and handling competing demands effectively.
  • Comfortable interpreting data, with strong analytical skills and experience in financial modelling.
  • Knowledgeable about regulatory and compliance requirements, particularly in executive compensation, shares, taxation, and UK employment law.
  • Strategic in your thinking, aligning reward initiatives with broader business goals.
  • An excellent communicator, able to present complex information clearly and confidently.
  • A strong leader, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and driving change across the organisation.
