Overview
We are seeking a dedicated hard landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various construction projects, ensuring that groundwork is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols. The set hours are 40 p/w however, regular overtime is also required.
Duties
- Prepare and maintain construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring the area is safe for work.
- Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly.
Skills
- Full UK Driving License essential.
- Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour.
- Good understanding of drainage and levels.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Must have ability to fence, block pave, lay slabs & kerb.
- Digger, dumper, roller tickets are an advantage.
