Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Hard Landscaper to join our team. The role involves supporting the installation of patios, driveways, retaining walls, turfing, and other external works on commercial and domestic sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with ground preparation, digging, levelling, and basic setting out
- Load, unload and distribute materials and tools
- Support skilled operatives with paving, edging, and other hardscape features
- Maintain a tidy and safe working environment
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping, construction or groundwork preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work in all weather
- Punctual, proactive, and able to work well in a team
- Driving license necessary unless based in the Paddock wood area
