We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Handy person to join our team and help keep our properties safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for older residents. You'll support day-to-day repairs, internal and external upkeep, and assist with small projects across our houses.
You’ll need a broad range of maintenance skills and a caring and respectful attitude towards older people. A driving licence is essential.

This position involves working with vulnerable adults. Therefore, an Enhanced Access NI disclosure will be required prior to appointment. Failure to complete an Access NI application will result in the withdrawal of any offer of employment.
