We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills, enabling them to handle various tasks efficiently. Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify issues that require attention.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients or management.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople as necessary for larger projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools.
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
