Join the beginning of something exciting at Rich Norton, a brand-new salon opening in the heart of Wimborne. We’re building a fresh, passionate team from the ground up — and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Hairdressing Apprentice to grow with us.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, earn a nationally recognised qualification, and become part of a supportive and creative salon culture.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting stylists with all salon services including shampooing, blow-drying, and prepping clients
- Keeping the salon clean, organised, and welcoming
- Greeting clients and providing friendly customer service
- Helping with stock, tools, and product setup
- Attending regular training sessions in-salon and at college
- Learning the foundations of cutting, colouring, and styling hair
- Developing your skills with the goal of becoming a fully qualified stylist
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for hair, style, and creativity
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry
- Friendly, positive attitude and team spirit
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliability and willingness to work hard
- No previous experience necessary — full training provided
- Must be eligible to complete a Level 2 Hairdressing Apprenticeship
