As a Level 3 Apprentice, you will be integral to our team, working directly with your supervisor & clients while honing your professional skills along side running your column. This role emphasizes strong communication skills & etiquette, ensuring effective interactions with clients and colleagues. Your core skills are fundamental as you commence level 3 particularly perfecting & enhancing our service delivery. Additionally your further training will contribute to our goals, making you a vital asset in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

- Assist in daily operations by effectively communicating with team members and clients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
