TEMPORARY GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE ERSKINE VETERANS VILLAGE, BISHOPTON, PA7 5PU
Our Grounds Maintenance Services division specialises in commercial landscape management and is delivered across the UK. Our business is continually growing and as a result of this expansion we are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join us immediately on a fixed-term contract for approximately three months, with the potential of extending.
The ideal candidate will be able to apply exemplary customer service/satisfaction, innovation and achieving a positive commercial impact, which are the cornerstones of our business.
THE ROLE
Duties will include:
- Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general upkeep of landscaped areas
- Shrub bed maintenance, fertilising, and plant care
- Weed control and knapsack works
- Using hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and efficiently when necessary
- Working on a static site to ensure it remains clean, safe, and well-presented
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
ABOUT YOU
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A full UK driving licence (B+E entitlement is desirable but not essential)
- Skills, knowledge and/or training in horticulture (desirable but not essential)
- Skills, knowledge and/or certification in general landscaping tasks such as planting, turfing and installation of hard surfaces (desirable but not essential)
