We are expanding our Patient Services Team and are looking for receptionists/administrators to join our busy GP practice in central Ely.
We are recruiting for 2 positions:-
1) 31.5 hours per week with the hours being - 08:00 - 13:00, 14:00 - 18:00 on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and 14:00 - 18:30 on Tuesday.
2) 23.5 hours per week with the hours being, Monday - 13:00 - 18:30, Tuesday - 08:00 - 13:00, Thursday 14:00 - 18:00 and Friday - 08:00 - 13:00, 14:00 - 18:00.
The ideal candidates will be dynamic, flexible, friendly, with excellent customer service skills and work well within a team, whilst also able to use their own initiative.
Good IT skills, telephone manner, a sense of humour and an ability to work well under pressure, within a fast paced environment are also required. Previous receptionist or clerical experience would be advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided.
