The Practice
Situated in Lingfield, close to the village centre (4 minute walk) and Lingfield rail station (9 minute walk), the practice is based in a lovely Victorian building. There is also space for on-site parking. We provide general dentistry and hygiene services as well as Implants and Invisalign.
The Role
- To welcome patients, be personable, positive and enthusiastic;
- Have an excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills;
- To be passionate about providing excellent patient care and be able to discuss treatment plans with patients;
- Follow up with patients and assist in aftercare;
- Be computer literate, carry out filing, scanning, office duties;
- To be willing to learn, adapt and embrace challenges;
- Assist with compliance tasks, marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff
- Proficient in computer literacy for managing patient records and scheduling
- Background in dental or healthcare administration is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an efficient front desk operation
- Ability to provide exceptional patient care and support in a dental environment
- Fluent in English to ensure clear communication with diverse patient populations
The Package
- Upto £13/hour (Dependant on experience & skill set).
Hours of Work:
- 15 hours per week;
- Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays 10am-3pm.
