Position: Golf Receptionist
Location: Bromley Golf Course
Salary: £25,396.80 per annum (pro rata)
Job Type: Part time 16 hours

Key Duties:
- To administer golf bookings using computerised and manual systems, and ensuring all customers are booked in correctly.
- To administer the hire equipment and deposit system.
- To record and administer the lost property system.
- Ensure that all information displayed in the reception area is up to date and regularly restocked.
- To sell shop stock in accordance with company procedures & upsell at every opportunity.
- To assist with any general clerical duties as requested.
- To attend Receptionist meetings and feedback ways of improving and developing the service.
- To feedback any areas of concern or any Health and Safety issues to the Manager.
Role requirements:
- Basic IT Skills
- Good numeracy, verbal, and written communications skills both in person and over the phone.
- Motivated to serve the public and able to deliver excellent customer care service.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
