Job Role:
· Performing minor electrical, plumbing, building and roof repairs
· Carpentry, painting and decorating, gardening and other general maintenance and repairs

As a General Handyman, you will be integral to maintaining and enhancing of our properties. Reporting to your Manager, your core responsibilities will include performing maintenance tasks using hand and power tools, ensuring a safe and efficient environment. Your knowledge and experience in property maintenance will be essential, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards. Your communication skills will help foster positive interactions with staff and clients.
