Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our small team to teach Maths to our GCSE and A-Level Students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess the ability to communicate effectively with students of varying abilities. This role involves providing personalised tutoring sessions to help students achieve their academic goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Prepare students for GCSE / A-Level Exam.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere to motivate students.
- Provide educational support in various subjects, ensuring that all students feel included and supported.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
Experience
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children, is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and their families.
- A genuine passion for educating and inspiring young learners.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
