Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
As a manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality goals. Your expertise will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards in accordance with our service codes. You will also be entrusted with opening and closing the store and preparing for the following day's operations.
To thrive in this role, strong interpersonal skills and experience in both front and back-of-house operations are essential. We expect you to expertly oversee the shop floor, engage with customers, and manage seating capacity. Back-of-the-house management is equally important, as you will be responsible for setting work schedules, supervising food preparation, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Leading by example and providing support to your team during busy moments in our fast-paced environment will be key to your success. Ultimately, your dedication will ensure the seamless functioning of our restaurant and leave customers with amazing experiences.
