To be successful in this role you will:
- Preferably have experience of working in independent schools
- Have an understanding of managing allergens
- Motivating and managing a team
- Oversee service to ensure smooth daily operations
- Supervise teams to ensure the delivery of impeccable food and customer service
- Controlling and managing stock levels
- Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
- Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues
This is a customer facing position so in addition to the above you will also need good communication skills and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the English language.
The ideal candidate will be flexible to work evenings and weekends as required.
