Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed and valued. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, from assisting with food preparation to providing outstanding customer service.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are noted.
- Provide information about menu items, including daily specials, and upsell where appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and waiting areas.
- Assist in food preparation as required, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and perform basic maths for billing purposes.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Make hot and cold beverages
Skills
- Strong guest services skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and billing accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience in culinary or kitchen environments is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

- Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive guest experience.
