We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards, ensuring presentation and quality.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and potential allergens, to assist guests effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
- Strong catering skills, with the ability to manage large groups effectively.
- Experience in serving food and beverages with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety regulations is essential.
- Barista experience is an advantage, particularly for establishments serving coffee or specialty drinks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and colleagues alike.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.22-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
