We’re looking for the right person to join our team — someone who can bring creativity, passion, and dedication to our community while helping us grow and elevate our social media presence. This is a unique opportunity to combine Front of House responsibilities with Social Media Content Creation, making you both the welcoming face of House of GPA in person and the authentic voice of our brand online.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting families and visitors, supporting our daily operations, and creating engaging content that captures the heart of our work. You’ll play a key role in building the online presence of House of GPA, ensuring our social media reflects our values, energy, and community impact.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House
- Welcome and assist children, parents, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage class check-ins, bookings, and general enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Keep reception and communal spaces tidy, calm, and inviting
- Support event coordination and on-the-day organisation
Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan, create, and post engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
- Capture authentic photo and video content during classes, workshops, and events
- Ensure content reflects House of GPA’s values and connects with our audience
- Stay up to date on trends to keep content fresh and relevant
- Monitor engagement and provide ideas for improving reach and impact
- Collaborate with coaches, wellness facilitators, and management to align campaigns with our programmes
About You
- Friendly, approachable, and passionate about community
- Creative with a strong eye for visuals and storytelling
- Experienced in producing engaging social media content (personal or professional)
- Organised and confident multitasking between in-person and online responsibilities
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Interested in wellness and sports

Pay: £24,420.00-£32,000.00 per year
