Job description:
- As the first point of contact both over the phone and in person, you are personally responsible for providing a 1st Class Customer Service to our patients.
- Within the clinic you are a pivotal part of the team, liaising between patients and physiotherapists to ensure everyone has what they need.
- You will support the Practice Manager and Clinic Director.
Salary:
- £27,000 plus discretionary bonus
Experience:
- Front of House experience preferred
- An understanding of IT systems
- Training will be provided over 2 weeks
This role is 37.5hrs across 5 days. You are entitled to 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
