We’re hiring a Front of House team member who’s confident, easy to talk to, and comfortable recommending dishes or drinks. If you’re good with people and naturally take pride in helping guests enjoy their time, we want you.
This isn’t just a serving job — it’s about creating a smooth, welcoming experience and earning more when you help the business grow. You’ll get commission for upselling and bonuses when weekly team targets are hit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet customers, manage tables, and handle orders
- Talk through the menu and offer recommendations
- Upsell drinks, desserts, or extras — and get rewarded for it
- Keep the floor clean, efficient, and well-run with your team
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone confident and clear with communication
- Good awareness of timing and customer needs
- Experience in hospitality or retail is helpful, but not required
- Able to stay focused and proactive in a busy environment
