Our Front of House coordinators are an integral part of the operations team. Ensuring that every client is welcomed and has the complete 360 hospitality experience at our luxury salon in the Battersea Power Station development.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing reservations
Greeting clients on arrival
Taking orders/preparing client refreshments
Delivering exceptional service
Taking Payments
Booking of future appointments
Our requirements:
A passion/background in hospitality/F&B
Strong communication/interpersonal skills
A high standard of personal presentation
The position will include Saturday and or Sunday on a rota basis.
