Job Requirements
We are seeking experienced Front of House Staff to join our ever growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience within a hospitality setting and MUST be aged 18 plus.
Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Support catering events as required, assisting in setup and breakdown as needed.
- Uphold high standards of personal hygiene and presentation at all times.
