We have an exciting opportunity to join our thriving family-run establishment on a full-time, permanent basis. This position is 37.5 hours a week, including weekends.
If you are passionate about food, drinks and coffee whilst serving customers in a hospitality setting, then this could be the position for you.
The successful candidate will:
- Be enthusiastic, confident and have excellent customer service skills
- Expect to be consistently busy throughout their shift
- Be required at times to be flexible across departments
- Have experience working in high volume hospitality establishments
- Love to work as part of a team
- Demonstrate high standards of food hygiene
- Have a basic understanding of health and safety
- Have a flexible approach to working hours
Duties will include;
- Being confident and positive in your interactions with customers at all times
- Being big on relationship building with customers to encourage repeat visits
- Maintaining The Garden Kitchen to showcase it in it’s very best light, always
- Promoting a safe environment for you, your team and customers, we have safety guidelines to support you.
- Serving great coffee, drinks, and delicious food made to The Garden Kitchen’s high standards
- Ensuring you follow The Garden Kitchen’s Steps of Service at all times, to deliver the highest standard of customer service to all
