Part Time Front of House Assistant – Preston Store
- Serving customers to the highest standard, going above and beyond and creating lasting relationships for repeat custom
- Assist customers in a warm and friendly manner and ensure their orders are accurate and delivered with a smile
- Able to set up the restaurant ready for opening
- Ensure outstanding levels of cleanliness using daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
- Deal with enquiries and issues promptly and in a professional manner ensuring management are aware when a problem arises
- Provide assistance to the manager during end of day close down
- Comply with all company policies.
- Comply with all Health and Safety Regulations.
Skills, interests and qualities needed:
- Experience in a similar role is a must, but full training on service standards will be provided
- Preferably Barista trained
- An outgoing personality
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- High standards and quality driven
- Excellent organisational skills
- An immaculate appearance
- To work well under pressure with the ability to multi task
- Have knowledge of health and safety
- Preferably have Food Hygiene Level 2
- Reliable, committed and flexible
Hours; 30 Hours a week flexible Monday to Sunday, must be available to work weekends.
