Warren Lodge is looking for a Front of House to join our dynamic Team. The hotel is located in Iconic Church Square
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drinks orders
- Serve food and alcoholic beverages
- Check in guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of bar and back of house
Requirements:
- Be able to take payments using a PDQ
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and help out in other areas of the restaurant as needed
