REFY are looking for part-time Sales & Education Advisors to represent our brand in Sephora stores across Orange County. You’ll engage clients, educate Sephora teams, and drive sales while embodying REFY’s mission of simplifying beauty for our community.
This role will be 10 hours a week - which would be ideal for someone who is looking for additional work on top of other part-time or freelance work. Although, full flexibility with working schedule will be essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be part of an innovative, trend-setting beauty brand
- Educate & inspire Sephora teams and clients to maximize impact and drive sales
- Create exceptional brand experiences for our community
- Work in a collaborative and empowering environment
- Oversee stock, visual merchandising and operational initiatives
- Support in store eventing and large scale trainings
- Leveraging relationships with in store teams to achieve daily and hourly sales targets
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Experienced in beauty retail, sales, or freelance artistry
- Confident, engaging, and passionate about education
- Able to build strong relationships with clients and store teams
