Job Role - ForkLift Driver
Primarily, you will be working within our busy Loading bay, operating the forklift truck and loading finished furniture on to various vehicles such as boxes, trailers and articulated lorries. When you are not operating the forklift truck you will be required to support the Loading team on the floor by moving finished furniture from the Upholstery groups through to the waiting vehicles in the loading area.
Full training will be given.

What you will need to succeed
- Valid Fork-Lift Licence
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
- A methodical approach to work and excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to start work at 7:00am
- A keen eye for quality
- Must be enthusiastic, committed individual
- Ability to work on feet and move large objects weighing up to 34kgs with assistance.
- Experience of working within a fast paced manufacturing environment desirable
- Able to meet deadlines
- Ability to work using own initiative and with others
What you can expect in return
- Rates of pay from £12.58 per hour
- Average 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Auto enrolment pension (after 3 months)
- Death in Service after 6-month probationary period
- 30 days holiday including bank holidays (January - December)
