We're looking for a talented, enthusiastic and passionate coach for our weekly sessions at our Ebbw Vale Academy. We Make Footballers are a professional football coaching company welcoming players of all abilities aged 4-12. Our goal is to help players become the best they can be by developing them individually and mastering the football fundamentals.

DAYS & TIMINGS
Ebbw Vale Sports Centre, Lime Avenue, NP23 6GL
TUESDAYS - 17.00-19.00
Responsibilities
- Assist the head coach in organising and running the session.
- Educate players on fundamental skills and sportsmanship principles.
- Provide individual feedback to players to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Monitor player development and maintain open lines of communication with players and parents regarding their progress.
- Promote a positive team culture that encourages respect, discipline, and hard work among all players.
Experience
- Previous experience in sports coaching is desirable but not essential.
- An understanding of football techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to educate and motivate players of varying skill levels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with athletes, parents, and other coaching staff.
- A commitment to continuous learning and personal development within the coaching profession.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
