Title - Fast Food Supervisor
Hours - up to 40 per week, but can be negotiated to be more

Overview
This new and exciting role requires an experienced and innovative Supervisor with previous experience in the hospitality, or equivalent, sector.
The Fast-Food Supervisor would be at the heart of operations, working with other Senior staff members to maintain and develop new food items for the menu.
We are responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring our customers shopping needs are exceeded and building lasting relationships. Our ultimate goal is to always ensure our customers are provided with a world class experience to continue to grow at an exceptional rate.
This store has solid operations execution with a very customer focused team. This store is relatively busy so the ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be productive with fantastic time management.
Main Responsibilities
· Assisting with the induction and training/development of employees in line with the company’s training requirements – you will lead by example!
· Assisting with creating and managing the staff schedule
· Checking deliveries, order matching, and highlighting any discrepancies to management
· Manage food products effectively to minimise wastage
· Ensure 100% compliance in accordance to all food, health and safety and council guidelines
· Perform daily/weekly inventory take and reports
· Direct and undertake housekeeping activities such as maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
· Provide a safe work environment for employees and customers
· Promote and encourage a high level of customer service among employees
· Assisting with interviewing new candidates for various roles
· Handle unresolved and/or escalated customer complaints
· Deliver a high standard of service when dealing with products, sales, inquiries and catering to customer needs.

Salary: £13.25/hourly
