What does a Days Support Worker do?
- No two days are ever the same you will be supporting people to participate in a range of fun, recreation, and educational activities.
- Supporting people to develop and maintain relationships
- Building a relationship with the people you are supporting to ensure their needs, wishes and goals are achieved
- Provide person centred support to promote independence and enhance well being
- The job satisfaction is endless knowing the fulfilment you are bringing to others lives and enabling them to live independently in their community.

What experience do I need?
- Are you kind, caring and able to listen, If so, this role is for you!
- Full paid training will be provided within the role (care certificate and NVQs).
- You will need to have great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
- A basic level of English and Math is also required
