Whitley Hall Hotel is a prestigious, historic venue set amidst the tranquil countryside. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated food & beverage assistants to join our growing team.
As a food & beverage team member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests. You will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and to create a memorable guest experience.
Hours: Flexible hours, mainly evening and weekend work but some day shifts available. Must be a minimum of 16 years of age to apply. Hours available range between 12 - 30 hours per week depending on the availability of candidates. Must be able to to work weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a team serving in our restaurant or wedding suites.
- Providing friendly, attentive service to all guests
- Serving food and drinks
- Liaising with other departments to ensure a memorable guest experience
- Maintaining a clean and well-organised work areas
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
