We have an exciting vacancy for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at The Midland Hotel Bradford. This 90-room historic Victorian Hotel is located in the hart of Bradford City centre and just a few minutes’ walk to the nearby train station.

Your duties will include:
- Preparing the bar and restaurant areas ready for service.
- Being familiar with our menus enabling you to confidently upsell.
- Working across various areas in the hotel such as the restaurant, bar and events.
- Ensuring that adequate glassware, crockery, and other items are ready for each shift.
- As well as serving food and drinks you will be involved in the clearing up and cleaning too, keeping all areas in top condition.
The successful candidate will have weekend availability (including xmas day, new years eve and bank holidays) and ideally previous food service experience, though training can be provided. Main duties will include supporting food service for larger events along with bar service once training for waitering has been completed.
