We’re looking for a dedicated Financial Reporting Manager to join our impactful Financial Reporting Team at VMO2 on a 12–14 month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role, based in Reading two days a week, sits at the heart of Finance & Strategy, ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of our reported results under both IFRS and US GAAP.

Working closely with our Senior Financial Reporting Manager, you’ll partner with teams across the business and our shareholders (LG & Telefónica) to deliver clear, reliable financial information, respond to high-priority requests, and continuously improve our processes. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead on critical reporting activities, mentor a graduate team member, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment where your work makes a real impact!
