We’re looking for a Flutter Technical Lead to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of our mobile platforms. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the future of app experiences in the logistics and transportation sector.

About the Role

As Technical Lead – Mobile, you’ll lead a cross-functional mobile team delivering scalable, secure, and performant Flutter applications.

Technical Leadership & Delivery

  • Own the mobile codebase, tools, and app delivery lifecycle

  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical plans

  • Write high-quality, testable, efficient Dart code using Flutter

  • Apply secure, scalable architecture patterns

  • Lead code reviews, set standards, and enforce automated test coverage

  • Manage release cycles with minimal downtime

  • Troubleshoot and resolve live app issues rapidly

  • Drive adoption of AI-based productivity tools within the dev team

Collaboration & Team Mentorship

  • Mentor and coach developers with regular 1:1s and hands-on support

  • Collaborate closely with DevOps, Product, QA, UX, and Architecture teams

  • Help set team priorities and unblock delivery obstacles

  • Represent the Mobile Team in technical planning forums and strategy sessions

Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of mobile development experience

  • 5+ years of commercial Flutter experience

  • 2+ years of technical leadership in a mobile team

  • 3+ years of native mobile development (Android or iOS)

  • Deep knowledge of Flutter architecture, state management, widget testing

  • Experience integrating REST APIs, real-time features (WebSockets), and microservices

  • Familiar with cloud platforms (Firebase and AWS)

  • Strong grasp of relational & NoSQL databases

  • TDD/BDD practices in Flutter environments

  • Tools: Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Docker, Confluence

  • Experience with CI/CD, Firebase Crashlytics, OneSignal, server-driven UI

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
