We are looking for an experienced fish fryer for our fish and chip restaurant in the heart of Launceston.
Launceston Fryers has been a staple in the community for over 2 decades, with the building it resides in being a chippie for at least a century. Recently it has been acquired by ourselves and we are in need of an experience fish fryer to join our crew.
Your responsibility will include preparing cod from FAS and fresh, cut, debone and weigh portions, cook fish and chips in a traditional restaurant and takeaway setting, and other general kitchen duties.
A Level 2 Hygeine Certificate is very much preferred but not required as if we take you on, arrangements for the Certificate can be made if you don't have one.
