Join us in redefining the creator economy with AI

Fanvue is the fastest-growing creator monetisation platform in the creator economy. We are the leading AI-powered creator-first platform, designed to empower creators worldwide to directly monetise their audience. We’re on a mission to redefine the creator economy by empowering creators to connect, share, and earn more efficiently.

The Role

We’re hiring a Finance Associate to provide hands-on support across payments, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance. This is a critical role ensuring financial stability, liquidity, and accuracy as Fanvue scales rapidly. You’ll take ownership of core finance operations — from accounts payable to cash management — while driving process improvements and supporting automation.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage accounts payable: invoice processing, approvals, and payments.

  • Maintain and reconcile bank accounts; manage internal transfers and pay runs.

  • Monitor cash balances and provide ad hoc liquidity analysis.

  • Support month-end close through reconciliations, reporting, and analysis.

  • Assist with VAT returns and liaise with accountants on bookkeeping queries.

  • Ensure compliance and documentation standards are met in a high-risk financial environment.

  • Identify and implement process improvements across AP, payments, and reconciliations.

  • Contribute to scaling finance systems and embedding automation.

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in a startup or scale-up.

  • Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals: journals, accruals, financial statements.

  • Hands-on experience in AP, reconciliations, and cash/bank management.

  • Comfortable working in manual, high-risk financial environments (including adult content).

  • Highly detail-oriented, organised, and proactive with excellent communication skills.

  • Operates with integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial data.

Nice-to-haves

  • Studying towards ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.

  • Experience with international payments, FX, and multi-currency reconciliations.

  • Exposure to compliance or financial operations in regulated/high-risk industries.

You’ll Thrive Here If

  • You take ownership and thrive in a lean, hands-on finance function.

  • You’re proactive in spotting risks and suggesting improvements.

  • You’re comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.

  • You value transparency, resilience, and adaptability.

You’ll Struggle Here If

  • You prefer rigid corporate structures with heavy automation.

  • You’re uncomfortable working in high-risk, adult-content adjacent financial contexts.

  • You need constant direction instead of working autonomously.

Why Join Fanvue?

  • Opportunity to take ownership of finance operations in a fast-scaling startup

  • Work directly with senior finance leadership (CEO + Gurpreet Singh)

  • High-visibility role with real impact in a lean team

  • Competitive salary with flexibility + career progression potential

  • Named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025

  • A culture that values innovation, speed, transparency, and ownership

  • Unlimited holiday

  • Remote-friendly with hubs in London and Berlin

  • Flexible hours, according to when you perform best

  • Budget for growth and wellbeing
