J*We are currently seeking female support workers* with a passion for delivering person-centred care to join our outstanding organisation. You will support individuals with varying complex needs in the Ivybridge area and surrounding regions.
About the Role:
We offer flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours, making it easy to fit around family and personal commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care routines
- Supporting with medication administration
- Helping with all aspects of daily living
- Enabling access to the community
About You:
We are looking for active, enthusiastic, and positive women who are passionate about making a difference.
- Previous experience in health and social care is essential (role-specific training will be provided).
- You should be confident, outgoing, and innovative in your approach to supporting people.
- A full, clean driving licence is required.
