We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team here at Burnham Beeches Golf Club. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in culinary and hospitality management, with a passion for delivering exceptional. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our Clubhouse operates smoothly, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in food preparation and service.
Key responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations in the restaurant, bar, and event spaces
- Supervising and supporting the F&B team to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensuring service standards are met across all areas
- Assisting with staff training and development
- Handling guest queries and resolving any service issues promptly in the absence of the Clubhouse manager.
- Supporting management in inventory control, health & safety, and hygiene compliance
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage or hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on, team-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays as required
- A genuine passion for delivering a memorable guest experience
- Ability to work on a rota basis, an average of 35 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
