Family Help Officer
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and team-oriented individuals to appoint into the posts of Family Help Officer as part of Nottinghamshire's Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). The front door has been on a journey of re design and the addition and expansion of this role will play a crucial part in ensuring needs and services are identified for our children and families of Nottinghamshire .
You will have knowledge and experience of working in a children and families environment with a customer service focus. You will need to be highly organised, have excellent time management skills, be able to work towards and meet deadlines and be able to build up excellent interpersonal relationships with colleagues, partner agencies and service users alike .
This role will be the first point of contact for families, carers and partner agencies and so the ideal candidate will be able to manager difficult conversations tactfully, respectfully and effectively over the telephone. Therefore you will need excellent listening, recording and typing skills to record information accurately onto our internal database system (Mosaic).
